Refund Policy

You have 10 days to return/exchange full priced items from the purchase date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the original condition that you received it. Tags must remain attached and accompanied by receipt. All returns will be given a store credit only.

All Sale, Swim and Accessories Are Final Sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be sent to you via email.

Pearl Ivy does not provide free return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to receive your return.
